ANGELICA GROENLUND
My name is Angelica Groenlund, and for more than 20 years I have worked with body therapy and massage in my clinic, Angelica Massage.
Through this work I have accompanied many people who come with restlessness, tensions, emotional overload, stress, trauma and various physical, mental, emotional and spiritual challenges.
This has given me a deep respect for how important it is to work in a calm, careful and precise way, always keeping in mind each person’s unique situation.
In my daily work at the clinic, I meet people through the body, the nervous system and the personal process they are going through.
I have learned that the body often expresses what words cannot always communicate, and that each treatment must be carried out with presence, sensitivity and respect.
For me, it’s about creating calm and space for each human being.
Over the years, this has taught me that a treatment does not depend only on the technique, but also on trust and the ability to create a safe and welcoming environment.

My path to Tameana
It all began between 2022 and 2023, when I trained in Internal Family Systems. There I learned to be in dialogue with myself from the observing adult – an inner part able to look at what happens inside me with more calm and clarity.
This experience awakened my curiosity about different healing and transformation processes. Later, in 2023 and 2024, I trained as a Past Life Therapist (PLT) – a form of therapy that makes it possible to explore the past, whether in this life or in other lives, in order to understand and resolve what may still be influencing the present body.
In January 2025 I felt a deep inner restlessness, different and more connected with my inner being. It was as if something inside me was pushing me to find missing pieces; something I couldn’t yet put into words, but could clearly feel.
A few months later I found a very important piece in Tameana. When I got to know the technique and experienced it in my own body, I felt at peace, with joy and a different kind of satisfaction that touched me deeply.
My experience with Tameana
Since then I have worked with Tameana in different ways. I remain curious about the technique and continue to explore it.
I have expanded my knowledge, experimented with different approaches and found combinations that, from my experience, can be of great benefit to many people.
For me, Tameana is also about surrender.
Not in a passive sense, but in the sense of doing the best I can and, at the same time, letting go of the need to control everything.
I do the best I can. I strive to improve, to develop as a human being and to be of help to others.
Jeg gør det bedste, jeg kan. Jeg forsøger at blive bedre, at udvikle mig som menneske og at være til gavn for andre.

The crystals as support
The crystals are a great help on my path. For me it’s like cycling with the wind at my back. Or like going from a regular bicycle to an electric bike.
The path is still yours. You are still the one who has to move forward. But you feel a push that helps you and gives you more strength along the way.
That’s how I experience working with the crystals.
They don’t replace your own process, but they can support it.
My relationship with the crystals
The crystals have become life companions for me. I love them dearly. I feel a strong attraction to them, and I also sense that I have a kind of mission with them.
At the same time, they have helped me develop in ways I hadn’t previously imagined. Among other things, they have supported me in stepping forward more, making myself more visible publicly and daring to speak in front of other people.
It has been an important part of my own development.

A complement to what you already do
Today I feel that Tameana is a natural and meaningful complement to the physical treatments I offer.
It can support the clients I already work with at the clinic, but it can also be a help for people who live in other parts of Denmark or anywhere in the world.
I see Tameana as an accompaniment or complement to the processes you are already engaged in.
Perhaps you are working with a psychologist, therapist, massage therapist, doctor or another professional.
Tameana doesn’t need to replace anything. For me it makes more sense to see it as a support that walks by your side.
