Angelica Balance offers online treatment programs and remote sessions within the field of energy therapy,
including Tameana energy therapy with clear quartz crystals.

All services are provided as remote sessions and do not require physical attendance. The Client receives
the session at home or in another calm place of their own choice.

These Terms and Conditions apply to agreements entered into between Angelica Balance and one individual person,
hereinafter referred to as “the Client,” when purchasing online treatment programs, remote sessions, or other
services through the website, by e-mail, or by any other written agreement.

In order to complete a booking and receive a session with Angelica Balance, the Client must accept these
Terms and Conditions at the time of purchase or booking.

Services and Booking

When placing an order, the Client will receive a confirmation by e-mail containing information about the
purchased service, the treatment program, and the scheduled time or times for the session or sessions.

Angelica Balance offers, among other services:

  • Online treatment programs consisting of several remote sessions
  • Individual online remote sessions
  • Energy therapy programs focused on balance, calm, grounding, and harmony
  • Remote sessions directed toward homes, workspaces, or other energetic spaces

A treatment program generally consists of several sessions provided over an agreed period of time. The exact
number of sessions, duration, price, and schedule will appear in the specific service description on the
website or in the agreement entered into with the Client.

Session times are agreed either through online booking, by e-mail, or by separate arrangement. An agreement
is binding once the Client has received a confirmation from Angelica Balance.

Prices

All prices on the website are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and/or euros (€), depending on the selected
service and target audience.

The applicable price for a service is the price shown on the website or stated in the written agreement at
the time of purchase.

Payment

Payment is made using the payment options shown on the website or as agreed directly with Angelica Balance.

As a general rule, payment must be completed before the treatment program or individual session begins.

For online payments, a secure and encrypted payment solution is used. Angelica Balance does not store the
Client’s payment card information.

Delivery of Services

All sessions with Angelica Balance are provided as online remote sessions.

The Client does not need to attend in person. The session is performed at the agreed time while the Client
is at home or in another place of their own choice.

The Client is advised to be in calm surroundings during the session, preferably with a glass of water nearby,
and to avoid unnecessary disturbances during the session.

As the service is provided remotely, the session takes place without physical contact and without the Client
necessarily being online by video or phone during the session itself, unless otherwise agreed.

Client Responsibility

The Client is responsible for ensuring that the contact information provided is correct, including name,
e-mail address, and phone number.

The Client is also responsible for being available and prepared at the agreed session time.

If the Client is not ready or available at the agreed time, the session will be considered delivered, unless
otherwise agreed in writing in advance.

Right of Withdrawal

Online Services and Remote Sessions

When purchasing online services and remote sessions, the Client generally has a 14-day right of withdrawal
from the date of purchase.

If the Client requests that the session or treatment program begins before the expiry of the withdrawal
period, the Client also accepts that the right of withdrawal is waived for the part of the service that has
already been delivered.

If the entire treatment program has begun or has been fully delivered with the Client’s consent within the
14-day period, the right of withdrawal may be waived in whole or in part.

How to Withdraw

Withdrawal must be communicated in writing by e-mail to:

The Client must clearly state their name, the date of purchase, and the service they wish to withdraw from.

In the case of a valid withdrawal, the relevant amount will be refunded within 14 days to the original
payment method.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If the Client wishes to reschedule or cancel an agreed session, this must be done no later than 24 hours
before the agreed session time.

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling later than 24 hours before the agreed time, the full amount for
the session will be charged, or the session will be considered used as part of the treatment program.

If Angelica Balance needs to reschedule or cancel a session, the Client will be offered a new appointment.
If this is not possible, the amount paid for the relevant session will be refunded.

No Guarantee of Specific Results

Angelica Balance works with energy therapy, Tameana, and remote sessions as a spiritual and energetic practice.

No guarantee is given of any specific physical, psychological, emotional, or energetic result.

The Client’s experience of the session may vary from person to person, and the effects of energy therapy may
be experienced differently by each individual.

Not a Substitute for Medical or Psychological Care

Sessions with Angelica Balance are complementary and are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychological
therapy, psychiatric treatment, medical advice, or any other licensed healthcare service.

The Client should always contact a physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, or other relevant licensed healthcare
professional in the case of illness, serious symptoms, mental health conditions, medical questions, or the need
for diagnosis and treatment.

Angelica Balance does not diagnose illnesses and does not treat medical conditions.

Complaints

If the Client is not satisfied with a service, the Client is encouraged to contact Angelica Balance as soon
as possible with a view to dialogue and a possible solution.

As the services consist of personal, energetic, and individually experienced sessions, any complaints will be
assessed specifically and in dialogue with the Client.

Dispute Resolution

If a solution cannot be found between the Client and Angelica Balance, the Client may submit a complaint to:
